Q: What is your guarantee policy?

A: We guarantee the timely arrival of your gifts in perfect condition. If you or your recipient are not 100% satisfied, simply return the item for replacement or a prompt refund.

Q: If I place an order, how will my baskets be shipped?

A: All baskets will be shipped Next Day Air by Airborne.

Q: Do you offer shipping insurance?

A: All gifts are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you!

Q: Can I ship my basket anywhere?

A: Almost anywhere.  We ship anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes or foreign addresses.

Q: Can I send a personalized message with my gift baskets?

A: Yes, you can! Remember to include your message in the space provided on the order form. Your baskets will arrive with your personalized gift card.

Q: When is the last day I can place an order for delivery by Christmas?

A: Due to heavy ordering volumes at this time of year, please place your order by 11:45am PST  December 21, 2005 to be guaranteed delivered by December 24, 2005

Q: What forms of payment does eBasketStore accept?

A: All payments are through Paypal.

Q: How long will the gourmet foods in my gift basket stay fresh?

A: The items packaged inside are best if consumed within 6 to 9 months.

Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?

A: You will receive a shipment confirmation email after your gifts have been shipped. You can track delivery status on the carrier website (web address included in the confirmation email); so be sure to include an email address when you place your order.

Q: What is your product substitution policy?

A: In the rare instance when demand outstrips supply of a particular item, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value at no additional charge.

All orders are shipped via Airborne Next Day Air.

All single orders with payment received Monday - Friday by 12:00 EST will be shipped the same day.

There is no shipping on  weekends.

We only ship within the US, Hawaii & Alaska.

There is no shipping to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or any other military bases or any foreign addresses.
